Andy Page - Serpent / Blue Noise
BLU006 - November 2005

No hyperbole is necessary when we call this the biggest release ever on Blueprint and one of the monster tracks of 2005. Andy Page shows why he is one of the most prolific electronic producers in the world with this stunning release. One listen to “Serpent” will prove its newfound reputation as a dancefloor bomb, with a driving, progressive break and original guitar work from Andy Page himself. On the flip comes “Blue Noise,” a perfect balance to the A-side. Lush, downtempo grooves are the name of this game, with a bassline that would tear at the heart of the most jaded of listeners. To bring the creativity of this release to a visual means as well, the striking cover art comes from an Australian artist that has aptly drawn Andy Page.

But enough about the descriptions! One listen and you will know why we are so hyped about this release. Below you will find more info on the support for this release, and biographical info on Andy’s extensive production credits for some of the most important pieces of electronic music ever released.

Blue Room Project - Out of Area
BLU004 - September 2004

Out of Area exudes classy grooves and intelligently crafted soundscapes. A pulsating bassline, haunting vocal cuts and an emotive piano line all combine to create a wonderful balance of nasty rhythms and sublime sound textures. On the remix, Habersham and Numinous keep the vibe of the original but add a thick slice of funk. This remix is featured on the new Way Out West mix CD, Don't Look Now.

Habersham & Numinous - Leaving Tifton

Leaving Tifton combines magnetic sounds with an unavoidably storming groove with which Blueprint has become synonymous. The Original Mix and Digital Witchcraft Remix compliment each other wonderfully, while demonstrating each artist’s unique sound. An additional exclusive remix, the Habersham & Numinous Rocking the Bed Dub, is available at EDM Digital.com.

Blueprint / Chris Micali - Dubway / Chant
BLU002 - February 2004

Dubway is a unique collaboration between Habersham, Numinous & Chris Micali that breaks down barriers with its dubby, hypnotic groove and pounding rhythms. A techish minimal ride but thanks to funkydeep bassline things are held together into a perfect slice of deep progressive house. Chant is a massive stormer that captures a raw, relentless rhythm and is guaranteed to have your listeners in a frenzy. With an ethereal soundscape and the dirtiest beats you can find this side of Africa, this is one of those records that says F--- off - I'm on a rampage!

B: Chris Micali - Chant

Habersham & Numinous - Rhetorical Question
BLU001 - October 2003

Tech-tribal half breaks half 4-floor groovemachine. A minimal but tough approach to things focusing on beats and bass. Micali remix is similar chugging tribal influenced house and slowly introduces gorgeous synth melodies that bring everything up to the next level.
